Our Diamonds are certified, and most of our gemstones are, too. Some of our gemstones, however, have been passed down across generations and while they may not be certified, they are still exquisite and meet our stringent House Standards. Should you require certification for a particular gemstone of ours, we would be happy to assist you on the certification processes.

Definitely! We're pleased to share that engravings are complimentary for all B.P. de Silva Engagement Rings and Wedding Bands. Simply let your Jewellery Specialist know what you'd like to engrave onto your precious keepsake. Should you require engraving for other types of jewellery, please get in touch with us here.
B.P. de Silva is pleased to extend complimentary resizing of your B.P. de Silva engagement ring within 60 days of receipt. Should your jewel require adjustments, please write to email@example.com with the email subject titled “Ring Resizing”.
In your email, please provide us with the following information:
- Proof of purchase (e.g. Invoice No/Receipt No/Order Number)
- A picture of your engagement ring.
- A brief sharing of your desired size (e.g. whether to size up/down by 1 ring size).
*For the resizing of 2 sizes or more, fees will apply. Please note that for certain designs, such as full eternity bands with Diamonds/Gemstones, resizing will not be possible, as doing so may compromise the design of your ring.

Many of our designs allow for customisation and we offer different options of personalisation, hence, our pre-order form seeks to understand your needs better. Once you've filled up the pre-order form (which can be found in the product description), one of our Jewellery Specialists will be in touch within 2 business days.
Your B.P. de Silva jewellery is covered by a 1-year Limited Warranty, which is effective from the date that you, our client, receives their new jewel(s).
This 1-year Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Defects and damages resulting from misuse or negligence, or from an accident.
- Defects and damages caused by improper use, alterations, resizing, tampering, dismantling or unauthorised modifications or repairs, as well as services, works and repairs performed by anyone other than a B.P. de Silva craftsman, B.P. de Silva authorised retailer(s), or as caused by the use of components and/or accessories other than those recommended by B.P. de Silva;
- Routine maintenance and cleaning.
- Wear and tear, as well as the natural ageing of the jewels.
B.P. de Silva reserves the right at our sole discretion to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms at any time.
The B.P. de Silva Flagship boutique is located at 14C Dempsey Road, Singapore 249687. It is Singapore's only standalone jewellery haven, surrounded by lush greenery and blessed with a cosy space bathed in natural light.
Our doors are open seven days a week, from 11am to 7pm. Walk-ins are always welcome but we do advise for clients to make an appointment at least 24hrs prior, especially if i) they are keen on The Bespoke Journey, or ii) wish to head over during peak hours or on the weekends when the boutique may be more crowded. Making an appointment beforehand allows us to ensure that one of our dedicated Jewellery Specialist will be best able to assist you during your visit.
Customisation is a service that clients who are purchasing a B.P. de Silva engagement ring or wedding band design may request for. Clients may then request to customise the main gemstone, metalwork, and size. For this service, it can take between 4 - 6 weeks.
Our Bespoke Journey is one of our brand's most coveted services, and we can only take in an exclusive few appointments per month. It is the complete creation of a commissioned jewellery piece from scratch, and can take apporox. 8 - 12 weeks depending on the intricacy of the design. Our Virtual Concierge exists to bring the B.P. de Silva experience to you in the comfort of your own home, at a time that's convenient for you, whether you're in Singapore or overseas. Each session would be around 45mins to 1 hour. All you need to do is take this questionnaire to get started, and leave the rest to us!
In the unlikely event that you wish to exchange your B.P. de Silva creation, you may request to do so within 14 business days of purchase*. Please write to firstname.lastname@example.org with the email subject titled “Jewellery Exchange Request”.
*Ready to wear purchases may be exchanged for credit within 14 business days of receipt of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchange requests for earrings.
Bespoke commissions and custom creations are handmade and one-of-a-kind in nature and are not applicable for returns or exchanges. B.P. de Silva reserves the right for all returns and exchanges.
As for refunds, please be advised that all jewellery purchased in our Atelier, or on bpdesilvajewellers.com, are non-refundable.

We're pleased to share that islandwide courier delivery* is free! A little treat from us, to you.
International shipping* and delivery charges, taxes, and duties, as well as any additional charges (e.g. customs clearance, VAT etc.) incurred at the destination country will be borne by the recipient. Customs policies vary from country to country, and should you require any assistance or further information regarding this, please contact your local customs office. Where customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
In view of COVID-19, the freight industry has been heavily impacted, so there may be some unforeseen delays to your packages. We seek your kind understanding regarding this as this is beyond our immediate control. If you have not received your order within 14 business days, please contact us.

All shipments outside of Singapore may be subject to import charges (duties, custom tariffs, and government taxes etc.), which varies depending on the destination country. Please be advised that any taxes and tariffs imposed by the destination country will be borne by the recipient.
We've gotten some requests for this service, and we always seek to understand and provide your needs where possible. If you urgently need next day delivery for your jewellery, please get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do!
In the case that you're suddenly unable to receive your delivery, we strongly recommend ensuring that someone is able to accept it on your behalf. The courier may give you a call to confirm, just in case.
Please be advised that redelivery is chargeable.
If you're worried that you won't be able to receive your order, we'd love to host you at our Atelier to make your purchase in person instead.
