B.P. de Silva is pleased to extend complimentary resizing of your engagement ring within 60 days of receipt. For adjustments, please contact us with your proof of purchase, a picture of the ring, and your desired size. Note that resizing 2 sizes or more may incur fees, and for certain designs, it would not be advisable to resize. It is best to check with your Jewellery Specialist in person so we can advise on how we can assist.
Yes, B.P. de Silva offers international shipping for Diamond engagement ring orders. Please note that shipping charges, taxes, duties, and any additional charges, such as customs clearance and VAT at the destination country, will be borne by the recipient. Where customs clearance is required, delays beyond our original delivery estimates may occur. Should you not receive your order within 14 business days, please do not hesitate to contact us.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged. One-of-a-kind commissions and personalised creations are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
