• Gentle Cleaning: Avoid harsh chemicals and alcohol-based cleaners which can damage the precious metal and natural gemstones. For cleaning after wearing and before storage, use a gentle, non-abrasive cloth like your B.P. de Silva cleaning cloth that comes with each purchase. 

Storage Tips:

• Avoid Humidity: After cleaning, store your tennis bracelet in an airtight space to protect it from humidity. For this reason, we advice against storing any jewellery in the bathroom.
• Shield from Harsh and Prolonged Exposure to Sunlight: Whilst natural light brings out the most dazzling and true glimmer of a gemstone, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight is not advised. Store your Sapphire, or Diamond tennis bracelet in a cool dark place

Exchanges & Returns:

Should you decide to exchange your sapphire tennis bracelet, we invite you to do so within 14 business days of purchase. Reach out to customercare@bpdesilvajewellers.com with “Jewellery Exchange Request” as your subject line. Exchanges will be offered as store credit.
