Is resizing of the engagement ring available after purchase?

B.P. de Silva is pleased to extend complimentary resizing of your engagement ring within 60 days of receipt. For adjustments, please contact us with your proof of purchase, a picture of the ring, and your desired size. Note that resizing 2 sizes or more may incur fees, and certain designs, like full eternity bands, cannot be resized.

Do you provide shipping outside of Singapore for Diamond engagement rings?

Yes, B.P. de Silva offers international shipping for Diamond engagement ring orders. Please note that shipping charges, taxes, duties, and any additional charges, such as customs clearance and VAT at the destination country, will be borne by the recipient. Where customs clearance is required, delays beyond our original delivery estimates may occur. Should you not receive your order within 14 business days, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In the unlikely event that you wish to exchange a ready-to-wear piece, you may request to do so within 14 business days of purchase. Please email customercare@bpdesilvajewellers.com for assistance. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged. One-of-a-kind commissions and personalised creations are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
