All of B.P. de Silva’s jewels come with a certificate of authenticity, and select designs (typically jewels that are crafted with Diamonds above a certain carat weight) will be accompanied with certifications from reputable gemological institutes across the world, including the GIA (Gemological Institute of America), so clients may rest assured of quality and authenticity.

Are customisation options available for my B.P. de Silva diamond earrings?

Yes, you can customise your diamond earrings, including studs and hoops, with B.P. de Silva.We seek to understand the emotions and story you wish to encapsulate with your jewellery, ensuring that each bespoke piece is as unique as you are. Our Jewellery Specialists collaborate closely with you to find the perfect way to achieve your vision. The customisation process usually takes between 6 - 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. As for a full bespoke piece, it requires aa minimum of 8 weeks; clients are able to collaborate creatively with a member of our Design team during the consultations in our exclusive Drawing Room includes the creation of 1:1 scale maquettes for a tangible sense of the final piece, and the final unveil at our Private Courtyard.

Is it safe to wear diamond earrings in water?

We recommend keeping your Diamond earrings away from water. Exposure to water and chemicals, such as shampoos in the shower, can affect the metal's finish over time, and can also dull the Diamond’s shine. To ensure the longevity and brilliance of your earrings, it's best to remove them before coming in contact with water.

What is the return & exchange policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and so we offer exchanges for ready-to-wear items within 14 business days of purchase. However, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons. Similarly, bespoke or custom-made pieces are also not applicable for returns or exchanges due to their handmade and one-of-a-kind nature.
